Some items in our Shop are embedded from our Print on Demand partner, Printful.com. We have also partnered with SquareUp.com to process any payments securely. Only information required to fulfil your order is shared with Printful.com and/or SquareUp.com, including but not limited to your name, address, email and payment information. All data is secured with 256-bit encryption and Leoshine.MicAndPen.com does not have access to your payment information. These websites may collect data about you and your order in order to fulfil your order.

Who we share your data with

We do not and never will share your information with other people, other than the Shop information stated above.

How long we retain your data

We keep your basic information as long as required to either fulfil your order (if you make a purchase) or if you consent to receiving marketing emails from this website. For marketing emails we only collect your name and email address, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Each email has an unsubscribe link and will be effective the same day you unsubscribe. Email lists are managed in the MailChimp.com website.

Where we send your data

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service. We utilize the Mailchimp.com service to manage our email lists and subscribe/unsubscribe features. If you make a purchase in our Shop we wither fulfil the order directly ourselves (paperback book and digital downloads) or we utilize Printful.com to fulfil printed items. All payments are processed securely through SquareUp.com. We utilize 256 bit encryption in all integrations and we never have access to your payment details.

Shipping Policy

All sales are final.

There are two types of Shipping available in our Shop.

Physical Paperback books can only be shipped to destinations within Canada or the United States at this time. These orders will be fulfilled directly by Hendre Services Inc. and will be shipped by parcel post via Canada Post.

Digital Downloads do not require shipping. The website will limit you to one download per item and will be available immediately after your purchase. Your receipt will also contain a download link but you can only use one method to download one copy for your personal use. You may not copy, share or distribute your copy of any item.

Printed products are fulfilled by our partner, Printful.com. Your order information is shared with Printful including your name and address so that they may print and deliver your item(s). Shipping costs are direct from Printful and are not set or managed by Leoshine/Hendre Services Inc. Your payment for all items are processed securely through SquareUp.com. All integrations with Printful and SquareUp utilize 256 bit encryption. Leoshine/Hendre Services Inc. never has access to your payment details/specifics. We have access to a unique identifier for the transaction only.

Any taxes or fees required by your country (if any) are the responsibility of the purchaser and will not be covered or refunded in any circumstances.
